We almost lost our lives...

On Saturday evening we had a break down.. we called King Price to make use of roadside assist. It took them so long to get to us that we were attacked on the side of the road at knife point by exceptionally aggressive attackers who stole everything we had and persisted to taunt us.

The protector eventually arrived after forever and he had to phone over and over to get us help. When the tow company eventually arrived we were told there was no one available to help. I called King Price to report the incident and the claims departnent said they were sorry but they outsource the service to a third party and can't do anything around logging a claim for the damaged window the attacker pounded with rocks on the side of the road. He said that he woukd urgently get a lady from roadside assist to contact me and that I should be reinstated to the same position I was before the incident.. That was Monday and still nothing from King Price.

They were not there when we needed them and then when you raise a complaint they brush you off like you and your life means nothing... The exceptionally long delay in service put us at serious risk it could have turned out so much worse, they failed us and don't even have the curtiousy to address the complaint but I'm sure they will take their premiums on time...
