water damage/water ingress claim being declined over false findings

King price insurance are *****s . My car (Mini cooper 2012 automatic ) water got stuck in flooded water months ago, i then pulled it out and it was drivable but performance was poor, i then decided to book it in at BMW Auto Alpina boksburg after a proper diagnosis and a report they confirmed the car had water intake and the engine needs to replaced. i then called king price my insurance asking for help asked them if its possible to log a claim for this incident and explained in detailed and i still had the picture from that day they said yes i should.... they came to towed the car on the 19 of june and haven't been in contact with me until i started sending emails as its going to 2 months they then said they were waiting for a report and only today 14 August 2018 they are declining saying they cant find water anywhere but wont send me a report from their specialist . how can BMW and Their specialist have different reports? and why did they keep my car this long and debited premiums from december till date? Beware of this insurance company . assessor Meshan Naidoo of king price declared the car a write and called me telephonically telling me this a few weeks ago and said he will send his report to claims ...a lady by the name of Lizette Brown from king price as well is saying another story...
