Was quick and friendly. They quoted me r2000pm initially for comprehensive and gave me the option for write off and theft for R900, which i accepted switched over to another insurance company for full comprehensive for around R1300. King price called back and asked why, and they matched comprehensive insurance plus my cars rims for R1250
