Was assisted by Tlotlo Mogotsi from King price insurance. I had a breakdown en route to work. I contacted the call centre customer service and she took me through all i needed to do,checked my safety and activated tow truck which arrived timeously. What i liked more was the followup call to check if the towtruck has arrived and affirmed that. Thanks so much
