Warning to all Customers

Please be careful as King Price policy holder, each time you contact them your insurance premium goes up. I changed my address from Pretoria West to Pretoria East, my premium went up for that irregardless that I was moving into an estate, a month later I moved across the road in same area, I was told that it's going up again I said no and told them I would rather cancel my insurance if that's the case, they turned around and said it won't change it was system error. I got policy document confirming premiums. Come month end they debit me way more than what was agreed. So King Price so that you know you have wrong business ethics and Monday you will be receiving my cancellation letter. To new clients look other way I would not encourage you to choose King Price unless you wanna join a group of frustrated customers. They will find a way to get you to pay more all the way, forget about their advert that says they reduce premiums, the decrease is 76cents per month but increase with hundreds in same month.
