Wanted to Cancel the policy

Been trying to cancel for months. Debit order still went through even though i have been cancelling the policy. when i finally called them and said i will think about cancelling or not. they made another debit order into my account without consulting with me. My account is already on a minus because of their repeated debit orders going through my account. i need to fix my finances and i wanted to start with the policy after june they were still deducting. i am very offended that they are doing as they please in my account with telling me their plans.<br> i want to cancel the policy with immediate effects...i am tired of their excuses and manupulation.
