Waiting period unknown
I have been with king price for 9 years, never had a claim until the 20 April 2022 where my car was hit while parked, its now the 12th, King price does not give feedback as to when my car will be fixed and when the parts will be available the feedback i am getting is that the manufacturer does not know when the parts will come through. i am stuck and definitely not happy about the service that i am receiving surely didn't see this for 9 years.
