Waiting more than 10 days for claim

I have always received amazing service with all my claims. However, more than 10 days have passed and my building claim is still not final. I have been calling your contact centre for updates. I am told that the provider is delaying. I am still waiting for the provider to set up an appointment to complete my building repair. Surely, King Price should look for a new provider?

This is really starting to frustrate me. The King Price brand reputation is being hindered by a 3rd party provider and I do not feel that King Price is taking this seriously. I require a solution quickly because my repairs can longer wait!
