Wait time too long (Emergency breakdown)

Hi

Waiting more than an hour for help while stuck with a flat battery is unacceptable. And this after 8pm.

Response times after peak hour should not take that long.

The towing company that came to assist me is less than 30 minutes from where I am stuck.
