W/SCREEN CLAIM

I submitted my w/screen claim with my Insurance King Price, the consultant which handled my claim was Ramona Chunderally. The service I received from her was amazing. I would like to take this opportunity to thank her. I was treated like a KING, from day one she was following up with me with if my w/screen was replaced. My W/screen was replaced but it was wrong and I informed her about this. She immediately contacted the supplier and informed them about my complaint. Within 10 min I got a call from the supplier and I was informed that the technician will be at my work place the next day at 14h00. The next day at about 13h00 I got a call from the technician, He was outside with my correct W/screen. Ramona your the best lastly I would like to thank the KINGS.
