VW Touareg V10 Ruined by King Price

I submitted a claim to King Price and my car was taken to their three (3) "Approved Service Providers" for assessments. My car came back in the worst state! The interior is ruined, the engen cover is broken and wasn't put back properly, i have nuts and bolts from the engine which tells me that whoever was working on the car had no clue what they were doing and the car isn't driving smoothly anymore.

After a million calls to their call centre, all i get is the same feedback that "their manager is trying to find a reputable service provider to fix the car". It has been a week! I pay them R1267.30 pm to take care of my car should i need their assistance but they did the opposite. King Price, you have ruined my V10 Engine, Chassis, interior and i am going to let all of South Africa know.

Thomas from your company came to my workplace to assess the damage and requested that i take the car to VW and get a Touareg Specialist to provide a report of the damage to the engine. This cost me R1600. Why did i have to be the one who pays for that assessment? We are going for two weeks now with no feedback since the requested reports for the wood-lining and the engine have been submitted. May you please provide feedback?

Still no feedback from King Price. I just called them and the call center had no clue of what i was talking about. I kept calling until i reached a gentleman by the name of Ethan Camron . He advised that Thomas Baloyi (the Assessor) says "He isn't dealing with that anymore and i need to speak to Lui Venter"=> Lui Venter isn't available and will be requested to call me back (We all know how this movie end).
