VW cannot release my car as King price did not pay

My car got repaired by VW after an accident, King price accepted the claim. After a month elapse, VW were waiting for king price to pay for the claim ( from the 13th march) before they can release the car, till today I don't have my car back because King price don't want to send proof of payment and the money does not reflect on VW's account. How do they expect their customer to be happy with such poor service?,Just to send proof of payment?. I sent emails daily but it's useless and it's almost impossible to talk to the right person telephonically. I am now drained.
