I would like to shout out to Vuyisile (this review is LONG OVERDUE) but nonetheless not forgotten.

I had an issue with the self inspection app and through Watsapp managed to speak to Vuyisile, we could not resolve the issue (it was late afternoon) and Vuyisile promised to investigate and get back to me the next day. Vuyisile kept his promise but surprised me as he phoned me promptly at 08h00 the next morning! I still jokingly said to him that I hoped my problem did not cause him a sleepless night and he actually took my problem home with him and could not wait to solve it for me.

It took him less than 5 minutes to resolve my issue.
