Voucher for phone replacement
<p>good day</p> <p>if a phone cannot be replaced, why cant i be given cash instead of a voucher</p>

The voucher allows you to purchase the replacement item at a store of your choice based on the list of service providers. Unfortunately we are unable to settle the claim in cash as the purpose of the voucher is to replace the item.
