Very unsatisfied with King Price

<p>I am extremely unhappy with the service from King Price claims department. Two weeks ago I submitted a claim for my car that was ****** and retrieved. The lady that handled my claim asked how often would I want an update,I rep**** daily. After 4 days of no reply I called again just to learn they are still awaiting outstanding requirements of which I was never informed. I gave them the requirements and after a week and one day ( two weeks later). On Friday I was informed that the assessor finaly made his report and that my car was not a write off and I do not agree as I saw the severe damages done to my car internally and externally. As I was desputing this and requesting the reports, the complaints department gave me attitude. In this conversation I realised thathat the assessor did not do his job properly as he never assessed the outside. I was told Warren would call me within the hour (Friday morning 11:00 am), I am stil have not received the call or reports and it's now Monday morning. I will not leave thing as they are now and will taken it up with legal help. They way King Price has been treating me is unfair and unacceptable. Sonja CKP ********** /1</p>
