Very unhappy customer

Just had bad experience had an accident nd was taken to hospital and breakdown guys help me alot help me waited for ambulance and they took my car to safety tried to get hold of insurance and i got some1 when i was at emergency department he said they closed i must go make accident report at police station then call claims department in the morning , now to my suprise this morning they saying the tow truck was not authorised so im liable for the towing fees then they can take my car at that breakdown place and proceed with claim, this is shocking firstly u dont plan an accident when the car is in the bush at 5am where u get airtime when the ambulance guys pick me up im suppose to tell them wait let me sort out my car things first now they just putting me in financial burden on top of stress that i have to deal with getting money for excess and hiring a car now paying tow truck company so buy treating me like a Kings you mean i must be responsible for what happens cause i told tow truck driver im insured he said i must worry now i find myself in this situation
