Very ****ty company that always just wants money buy never want to pay

Trying to do a claim for my TV that was damaged by lighting. Now they do not want to pay. They increased the excess also because their experts say there were no lighting storms in my area. This is really not on. I must always pay and pay but when I need them they are no where to he seen. They are useless. This is the second time I try to claim. First time was with my vehicle. Also very long stories and 120 million reasons why they cant pay for the damage on my car. All the people reading this. Please do yourself a favour and never use this company. They want money but when it is their turn to show up to the party they are nowhere to be seen. Really useless. I would say this is the worst company to ever exist.
