Very slow on processing the claim
I am just disappointed by King Price. They are taking veeery long to process the claim. I made a claim last week Monday and I have not been contacted by anyone from them. Even when I call the agent administering the claim, she does not pick up. She does not even respond on the email. I never even received a claim reference from them.
