Very scared

I submitted a claim on the 13th of September 2015. Since then I have called many times asking for the progress on my claim and every time I they just tell me someone will call me back. After reading all the messages on this site I am very scared that this will take very long to be sorted. No one has called me back yet. I am not used to service like this especially not from a company that is advertising every morning on almost every radio station in SA. I sincerely hope that after reading this someone from The King themselves will respond and give me some client service that I am paying for.
