Very poor service. ***********!!!
In the begining when signing you up, you get the best service. Even if u have queries they respond very quick. The problems start when u submit a claim. It's been a month and my claim is still not finalized. They don't keep in contact with you, you have to call them to follow up. And when u submit the claim they say it takes 7-14 working day. This is very frustrating and I'm very disappointed with the service I'm receiving now and the manner in which I'm being treated.
