Very pathetic and lacklustre service

I insured my two cars with King Price and then one car had an accident at the end of Jan, I then reported and submitted the claim to King price about 3 to 4 days later. They recently rejected the claim on the basis that my car was involved ******** activies. Ok, i'm fine with that even though I was not driving it when it had an accident. Now, I want King price to refund me of my 2 months worth of premiums and to also cancel my policy with them (even for the other car).<br> <br> I've really been struggling and it's been 3 days. Each time I phone them they promise me that somebody will call me regarding the matter but nobody ever does. I'm really at my wits end now as I have to begin looking for a better, trustworthy and reliable insurance so i can insure my car with. I deeply regret the day I joined King Price and it was the biggest mistake of my life
