Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable agent called David Simpson. Their offer was better than I expected, just hope that I don’t experience any issues in the event of a claim - but I’ll cross that bridge then. I absolutely love that I have one contact person that I’ll be dealing with going forward and don’t have to go through a call centre - awesome value-add!
