Very helpful consultant

I have had been trying to sort out an issue which felt like it was just going in circles and not getting resolved with a few emails and telephone consultations. The last consultant I spoke to regarding my issue was Riando Hernandez, a new staff member, who really handled my call effortless and efficiently. He PAINLESSLY resolved my issue during that phone call and confirmed the resolved outcome via email straight away. I really appreciated how he took the time to really listen to my concerns and then attempted to go the extra mile in order to ensure it was being resolved.
