I was involved in an accident on the 27/07/2020 I registered a claim with King Price on the 27/07 till today I do not have my vehicle I was told it will be assessed today a month after an accident happened but I still have no idea what is happening with my car

WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER, I HAVE TO CALL KING PRICE EVERY 2 DAYS TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENING WITH MY CLAIM, THEY PROMISE CALL BACK THEY NEVER RETURN THE CALLS......I WANT MY CAR BACK , THIS IS RIDICULOUS HOW A PERSON STAY WITHOUT THEIR CAR FOR A MONTH yet they pay an insurance to assist when in need, I want KP to refund my monies clearly they do not know how to run a business.

I do not want calls from anyone but CEO of the company I am tired!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
