Very disappointing telephonic assistance for the second time.

<p>Recently reported a claim for a break into a car. Was tranferred six times before eventually reaching an agent that could assist me with processing the claim. </p> <p>Then tried to cancel my policy as I had received a much better quote with another company. Phone in excess of ten times to make contact through the right channel. Eventually had to resort to phoning a choosing option to get a quote instead and voila atleast got to speak to an agent! - then transferred a couple of time only to reach an agent who once now hearing for the "first" time that I want to cancel my car insurance notifies me that another guy will have to call me back... Extremely unprofessional. </p>
