Very disappointing service

I'm very disappointed with the service I've received from King Price Insurance. On Thursday the 17th of February I had an incident where my vehicle was damaged in an accident. They arranged a tow truck and for my vehicle to be towed to one of their assessment centres but nobody called me to log a claim. I had to call in and log the claim, I am 500km away from home without a place to stay, without any money and without any clothes, when asked if they could provide accommodation I was told that they do not do that. I'm stranded in a place that I don't know, living with strangers,without a vehicle, I haven't been able to get back to work, the inconveniences just keep adding up. I had to call in and email every day to get any feedback on the status of my claim and vehicle, eventually they sent out an assessor and got back to me only to tell me that they're rejecting my claim. I've been insured with them for the last 5 years without a claim, I've been paying my premiums for the last 5 years and now because I missed a payment due to the fact that I started a new job and wasn't getting my full salary so I couldn't make payment that's the reason they're rejecting it.

I feel ****med by King Price Insurance and I will be taking my business elsewhere! They took my money all the years I've been paying and now when it's time to claim they feel they can just reject it.
