Very Disappointed

I am really disappointed in King Price Insurance. When I joined them they were so friendly and welcoming. Now that I have to claim their attitude has completely changed.

Two weeks ago, 2024-10-06, I made a single vehicle accident. I have not received one actual phone call from King Price. I only get sms and email notifications. I have to call them myself. I recently received an sms saying my damage report is done. When I called they told me there is no new updates. Seems like there is a disconnect between their messaging service and the actual service. Also, I had personal belongings in my car which I wanted to get. I had to request the location of my vehicle three times before they told me where it is. By the time I got there everything was ******. The first and only call I received thus far - two weeks later - was from a loss adjuster who was extremely forcefull and let accusations fly left and right. A whole interrogation. I felt like a common ******** who killed someone. On top of that I checked my claim progress online and it says the overall completion date is 9 Dec, latest 2 Jan 2025. The only damage to my vehicle is my front bumber. What on earth could take so long? In the meantime my car is picking up sun damage in the yard while being looted by scavengers.

Is all this normal at King Price Insurance?
