Very disappointed client

At the moment I am very disappointed with King Price , 2021 my car was booked for repairs with GideonRouxAuto but it was not done up to the expected standard, I called King Prince and I was told to take it back , which I did and it was redone again but hardly 5 years now the front bumper of my car is peeling off , I reported the issue around April 2024 , I was told to take it to GideonRouxAuto only now in October after numerous calls done by me , since no one cared about my complaint, so they can make their own assessment, which they did but disputed and said the car looks like is was involved in an accident I think they refuse to take the responsibility of their poor workmanship, as a result I was told to register a new claim and I have to pay excess for someone else's fault , mind you my car was in for repairs for the accident that happened 2 months back , where I had to pay for excess and a deposit for a car rental, now I am required to make same payment again , and please keep in mind that I am from Mpumalanga, so I am force to drive to Pretoria , I believe that I was treated unfairly and somebody somewhere need to account for this
