Very disappointed and ashamed that I chose king price to insure my goods

I am very disappointed by this company

I submitted a claim to king Price for my house content and they declined my claim and quoted this

No cover where the cause of damage was as a result of mechanical, electrical, electronic breakdown, defect of failure,

Firstly the inspector who was sent to check my fridge never to told me what was the cause of the damage , and never show me where was the breakdown on my fridge , then I wrote to King Price as per their instruction , If I dispute what they are telling , then after that I never had any response till today. My Husband is in chronic medication which has to be kept in the fridge , I have to buy some ice every day to keep his medication cold. My husband life is at stake. I really do know what to do. I read the whole document and from page 90 where the cover of home content start there is no such information, I am very disappointed by King Price, I even recommended my friend who was looking for the insurance. What I don't understand is that they just decline claims without a proper information with no full information and after that you send them email they keep quite like there is nothing wrong and no updates This in my Policy no. KP*** Claim no. CKP***/3
