Very disappointed
I am so disappointed in King Price. For almost 5 years, you have taken my money without any problem. Now that I have a situation that I have had no control over, you reject my claim. There was absolutely nothing I could do to prevent this damage - I did not create the excessive rain we had this last season.
Why do you take our money if you have no intention of paying claims?
