Very disappointed

Hi there..

I'm very disappointed and hurt by King Price. After being with the almost 3 years. My car was involved in an accident on a rainy morning of the 09th Dec 2019. All the roads were flooded with water and the weather was gloomy. My husband was driving to work using my car and he slipped and hit the side barriers which damaged the car mainly in front and on the sides. My front tyres were still new and the rear ones were due to be changed. So after the whole month King Price rejected my claim saying that my rear tyres were unroadworthy according to their tyre expects. And to my understanding according to traffic act on the tyres 1mm is still a standard and acceptable. Which traffic law is King Price using? ? Now my car is in Sandton Smd and I need to go pick it up withing 7 working days..and I'm staying in Pretoria. They only responded or should I say rejected my claim after the whole month..on the 07th Jan 2020. Please help. Regards Mamoleke Ramokone
