Very bad services

Am very disappointed with king price insurance I lodge claim for my electric motor gate last week yesterday they reply that they lodge a claim we must pay access today they call me to tell me that they reject the claim because gearbox its too old wow I don't understand if you insured something when it's old we must cancel insurance or exchange before it gives you any problems know am stuck and they are not able to explain it to me. I didn't take it seriously when people tell me about the bad service that they are facing with king price insurance.
