Very bad service when it comes to claims
Very bad service when it comes to claims. It took them 5 weeks to settle my car that was deemed a write. Also getting hold of mangers is almost impossible. I work abroad, I provided my international contact number, but they said they don't make international calls. It was such a stressful process for me.
