Very bad service. Unhappy client
Very unhappy with the service I am getting from King price insurance and Hailtec panelbeaters. On the 11 of January 22 i took my car to hailtec for fixing and was told that it will take 2 to 3 weeks to complete the work. To this day 18th February 22 the car is still not done. Both King Price and Hailtec are not giving me an answer as to why the delay except for excuses from hailtec. I laid a formal complaint with king price on the 15th Feb no response from them till day.
