Very bad service at KING PRICE

They are not even worthy of 1 Star. My Claim started on 28 October 2023. Leaking pipe in the wall in the onsuite bathroom. The ceiling laminated floor the wardropes and the bedroom carpet were damaged. 2 days after my claim date the 3 plumber they appointed showed up. Fixed the pipe Blanked of my hot water and left. The 2nd builder they s send took 2 weaks to get to me. I tiled the bedroom on my own expense because of mould. Send the invoice. Now they want to pay out money to me to fix everything myself. I don't want to find people to do the job. Thats why I pay my insuranse every month. I have been with KP for 8 years. But I will be leaving them after this.
