VERY BAD SERVICE

I am so disappointed in King Price and the way they treat a client. Please refrain from joining Ling Price. I have a negative experience with them. After a accident they send my car to M&R Panel beaters. 1. They did not do the inspection on my car on arrival. After they were done they contact me to collect my car. They did not complete the repairs of my car. I had a few issues after my car was delivered to me. Carel who was the assessor could not help me with my problems. Promised to bring us together to sort the problem out with m&r, did not happened, Mr Bennie Botha took over from Carel with no success. I forward him an email a few weeks ago with no responds. Nataley of king price was copied in my last mail and no responds from her either. I am currently shopping around for a other Insurance company who will be more helpful and willing to help. Not looking out for his own. My advise to others who want to join KING PRICE, please don't. They will do anything in their power to let you pay for damages that was not there when your car is released from them. M&R has not contact me after my complain. Marco the manager of M&R send his staff to phone me, He was never in contact with me. They address you as KING, i feel like....... after my my dealings with them
