Very Bad service
Seems like when you want to join as a client that you receive excellent service from King Price, however if you sell your car and no longer need the policy that the good service goes down the drain. The so called "department" they need to transfer you to to cancel your policy does not exist or there is only one phone!!!!
They never never ever answer the phone to cancel your policy...
You hold on forever and need to listen to the terrible music that plays!!
Seriously King Price..... You better cancel my policy ASAP!!
