Very bad experience

When I requested for a quote I asked my debit to run on the 15th each month though the cover runs from the 1st to the 30th, And I was told that on inception that will not be possible but after the 15 June I must call in so that my July debit must be adjusted to 15 July. Today I called in and I was told it is impossible, and I explain that with my previous insurer that is how I was doing it. (e.g I cancelled my policy on 01 May but i was still covered until 31 May 2019 and the debit for May ran on the 15th of May ). And the reason for my new policy was to save money and I had to put extra R 1662 on my account to cater King Price to debit on the 1st of June instead of the 15th.

Unfortunately I cannot continue with a company that is not willing to meet me halfway.
