Vehicle written of with minor damage.

Six weeks ago In Port Alfred i hit a pot hole causing the car to hit a small pavement. Being a 4x4 the front right wheel folded under the car tearing out the cv in the drive shaft. No other damage noticed. later the vehicle was towed to Brunos PANEL BEATERS. weeks later after a number of calls to Bruno and King Price i was told the car was towed to SMD s**** yard PE as it was written off cause of R148 000 damages. I then along with very experienced Mechanic went to get a second opinion for my self. Found the car broken into things ****** and a huge amount of further damage to the front of the car and lots of rust under chassis cause of being in the open sea air. The mechanic found 3 things to make it run again.... replace drive sharft and hub and re centre rear diff, very minor he said. I arranged with Emarie Boshoff to repair the vehicle my self. with a tow truck standing out side at my expence i still wait for the release papers! Cost i should not be paying! As i never gave consent for the vehicle to be towed to PE and i never signed anything like s****ping pappers. And now i wait for release papers so i can rescue my pride and joy from further damage and vandalism. Very sad!<br>
