I had an accident a month ago. Obviously, it's an inconvenience. After failed attempts with the 3rd party claim. I called my Insurer (King Price Insurance) And within a week, everything was sorted.

I spoke to Teboho, who assisted with registering my claim, and was extremely amazing. He explained in detail about the process. Then I spoke to Christo, who was just as brilliant. He helped sort out an existing issue that I had with a claim from a few years ago. After Sales, was amazing.

Then I met Ryan King, on Wednesday. He completed the assessment. And by Friday, he called me to confirm that my claim will be resolved. Excellent service from him as well. He continuously kept me updated throughout, until my claim had been finalised.

It isn't easy to get good service anymore, but I received great service from these gents. Very grateful that I chose King Price.
