On 3/6/2020 I got a car insurance quotation that i was very happy about it and accepted it. It was to be effective from 15/6/2020.However on the 15/6/2020 I called to request the to change the effective date to 17/6/2020. I immediately received the new contract with a revised premium of extra R125,47. I was really shocked and I called again and found Thulane Malinga on the line. After hearing my complaint he then verified my first quotation and the second one and explained what could be the reason/mistake for the increase. He immediately rectified the mistake and gave me a contract of much lesser premium. I really appreciate his efficiency in resolving the problem.
