Vehicle Accident

<p>My car was hit by a learner driver and written off I hear. Kingprice said to give phone to a towing company on scene who towed the vehicle. The struggle began as the insurance suddenly did not know where car is taken to, no courtesy car, no update. I've had to complain each time to get answers. It's now over a month, I called and told the car's been written off, that a senior assessor will call and I don't know for what. They arranged a courtesy for 25 days only ending next week. Still I'm paying for a car I don't have, no feedback. I don't know what to do now???</p> <p> </p>
