Vehicle a mess!!!!after it went to two garages and my complaints are not attended fo after a while

I have been waiting for them to call me back regarding my policy. I had an accident in 2020 took the vehicle to J.L Panelbeaters which failed miserably to fix the car including the painting of it. I complained after a while it was decided that the vehicle will go to Margate Panelbeaters where they sort of tried but was still not 100%.Tell me why in less than two years, where the car had cracked, it crackes again and the paint is peeling where they newly painted. I sent pictures the works but nobody has gotten back to me. I had to complain after seeing the ridiculous amount they said it cost to fix the vehicle, it's a joke really and it can never be with the state of the vehicle, I disagree. I am even shy to drive it ib the public eye. I am so dissappointed, the premium has just increased.
