Utterly Disgusting service! No regard for clients!
Last week Monday i contacted King Price to get my account stopped as I am going through a bit of a rough time financially. I requested that my account be stopped and a refund for previous bank charge that was caused due to King Price not updating their systems. I have called more than 5 times in the past week and till today not 1 call has been returned to me after a promise that someone would call me after every call I had made. This is unacceptable service utterly no regard for clients, or is it the fact that I am going through a rough patch that I am being treated like my requests are not worthy of any attention. Disgusting Service honestly!!! No refund return after I emailed you guys a statement as you requested. What do I have to do to get assistance from this company like really???
