Useless supplier used
Good Day
I submitted a claim for a repair on my cellphone, this has been approved by kingprice and they use Phontrad to repair the phones, it has been over a week and i have received no feedback for the supplier phonetrad that they use, i have sent numerous email to them with no reply, can you please contact your supplier or me as a loyal client to what is going on.

We note that the delay on the repair is due the the back glass of the phone which is on back order but they are trying their best to speed up the process.

My claim was submitted for the front glass not the back glass to be replaced as i would not send in my phone for scratches on the back, if they cannot replace the front screen like described in my claim, let them send back my phone as they are a preferred repairer for King Price but surely not the only approved repairer in SA. if it was uneconomical to repair the phone i would understand but there are a lot of supplier in CPT that has the front glass in stock. If this is the supplier King Price uses I am surely going to look for another insurer as this suppler never got back to me in three weeks first as per response from King Price the back glass was on a back order now they cant find the stock this stories is contradictory and really a bad reflection on King Price.
