Useless king price insurance

Their assessor did not pitch for a ****,I was told everyday they would be there,I informed them I had to leave by a certain date.. no show.. eventually I took inverter to an electrician to do a report myself,as theirs always had an issue,and I don't live at premises.. in the process my inverter has vanished...the electrician I used was ******ed, was all over our news in Port Elizabeth,I have contacted every person possible.. now they won't pay a cent..after I followed their instructions.. 3 months later we had a power outage,where my fridge and freezer are now damaged due to rotten meat .none would have happened if inverter situation was sorted out as it ran on solar.. I will never recommend them.. if they not willing to come out,or don't have people in area,they shouldn't insure houses in my area..

Yes,but as usual,insurance skrews over the client.. if you can't service the smaller towns,don't insure us.. out of frustration I had to find my own electrician to do a damage report of inverter, while he had inverter he was killed,a story that was in all papers in Port ELizabeth, but because he was not one of your service providers,I'm not covered .. if your service provider arrived on the DAYS they assured me they would be there,this would have been sorted out.. Then have issues with my COC as electricians name isnt on it, it was the company he did his apprenticeship through, since then he opened his own business... Your company looks for reasons not to pay,an the client can do absolutely nothing about it... Stop skrewing your clients over...
