Useless insurance with worse service

I had accident on the 8th of May, the insurance said my claims had been finalized but they haven't paid the bank. as a results the bank is still deducting installment because they haven't receive any monies from King price. I am tired of following up because i dont get any response. worse part i had shortfall cover which the service provider can not assist until they get the statement from King price. i am left to continue paying the two monthly instalment of new car as well as old car because of the useless insurance. family you join king price at your own risk.
