I realy don't understand why they put blame on me

I m not sure if I made a lockdown to this country Car hire is due back today and I am out of port elizabeth, the lady was helping me from Kp insist to bring back the car hirer but why must I suffer? I am in lockdown from my work but every month they took premiums
