Insurance Company Refusing to Cancel Policy

<div>I sold my car and called King Price to cancel my insurance as the car has been sold. I have been sent from pillar to post with regards to the cancellation. Every time I call in, I am told that someone will call me to assist with the cancellation. To date, no one has called. What kind of a useless service provider is this?</div>
