Useless Call Centre
I've been calling the call centre since 9am 2015-03-16 and I have been advised that there are high call volumes and i would be contacted SOON. I had to called back at 11:00 - 13-30 and again at 15:30. The service is truly pathetic and its funny as to how quickly you guys will call when i want a quote but when i want log a claim i have to wait the whole day. This is just a cell phone claim I'm scared to think what will happen should anything happen to my car. I will defiantly be cancelling all my products with you guys! Thanks for nothing!
